Reaction after the first dialysis

The first dialysis treatment is also known clinically as the first induction dialysis treatment. Some patients may not have any obvious uncomfortable reactions to the first dialysis treatment. However, some patients may experience the following reactions. Patients on first induction dialysis require that the duration of dialysis treatment be shortened accordingly and controlled to within 2 hours. I. Dialysis can easily induce the first dialysis imbalance syndrome due to toxin removal, and such patients may experience dizziness, headache, nausea, vomiting and other reactions. II. A very small number of patients may also have certain allergic reactions to the dialyzer or dialysis water, which may manifest as panic, chest tightness, rash, fever, etc. Third, patients on dialysis may experience hypotension or hypertension, which may also manifest as dizziness, headache and other conditions.
