Is hyponatremia a kidney disease?

Not necessarily.
Oliguria is mostly caused by kidney disease, but hypuria can be classified as physiological or pathological. Physiological decreased urine (e.g. oliguria due to fever or diarrhoea) can be replenished by drinking more water to avoid insufficient water intake. Pathological hypuria, on the other hand, requires a hospital visit to further diagnose the condition, identify the cause for early treatment and pay attention to a disciplined diet in life.
