What’s wrong with eating spicy pee when it’s hot?

Eating spicy hot when urinating may be a normal physiological phenomenon, or it may be caused by urethritis, cystitis and other factors.
1. Normal physiological phenomenon: chili peppers contain capsaicinoids, if consumed in excess, may lead to an increase in the level of capsaicinoids in the blood, after filtering through the kidneys, excreted with the urine, so the feeling of hot pee.

3. Cystitis: If the bladder tissue is infected, it may produce an inflammatory reaction, which may cause symptoms such as frequent urination, urgency, painful urination and burning sensation in the urethra, so you feel hot and spicy when urinating.
