My pursuit of professionalism

In this world, everyone has his or her own pursuit. Some people pursue prominent fame, some pursue endless wealth, and some are only satisfied with modest leisure. As a practitioner in the medical field, I only want to be the most experienced clinician in my specialty. Except for genius, people’s energy and intelligence are similar. In order to make the best performance in a limited time, we have to set limits for ourselves, and we have to give up all the matters that are not related to this, and we can only have gains if we have losses, and we can only have achievements if we do nothing. Therefore, as a joint surgeon, I am dedicated to the minimally invasive surgical treatment of sports injuries of shoulder and knee joints; I do not have any administrative position or part-time job in social organizations, and all my time and energy are devoted to the research and treatment of cases in this specialty. At present, I have completed more than 200 cases of shoulder arthroscopy and more than 600 cases of knee arthroscopy, ranking first in the number of minimally invasive shoulder surgery cases in the same level of hospitals. I have accumulated a wealth of successful experience and failed lessons, and many surgical methods have reached technical maturity, and I am also moving forward towards the established goal. The greatest happiness in life is to do what I like to do. Curing patients’ diseases is what I am most happy to do. Seeing my patients happy with the improvement of their symptoms after surgery fills my heart with contentment.
