What to do if the sperm doesn’t liquefy

Sperm non-liquefaction is related to prostatitis, hormone level imbalance, seminal vesiculitis, etc. According to the different causes, you can choose anti-infection, hormone level regulation and other treatment measures.
1. Prostatitis: Prostatitis can be divided into bacterial and non-bacterial. Bacterial prostatitis should be treated with antibiotics such as ciprofloxacin, levofloxacin, and ampicillin, while non-bacterial prostatitis should be treated with alpha-blockers such as tamsulosin on top of antibiotic therapy, or medications such as solifenacin, which can help to improve the problem of sperm non-liquidization.
2. Hormone imbalance: male hormone imbalance caused by testosterone level drop caused by sperm non-liquefaction, usually can be given hormone regulating drugs, such as testosterone undecanoate capsule and other drugs.
3. Spermatitis: the seminal vesicles can produce coagulation factors involved in sperm liquefaction process, when the seminal vesicles inflammation, resulting in increased coagulation factors to inhibit the liquefaction process, usually should be given antibiotic drugs such as cefuroxime, and at the same time for the patient’s specific condition, to be prednisone acetate tablets, isoniazid and other medications to assist in the treatment.
Sperm non-liquefaction may also be related to varicocele, congenital development and other reasons. If the patient’s symptoms of sperm non-liquefaction are not relieved, or accompanied by other symptoms, he should go to the hospital in time, to identify the specific causes and then give targeted treatment. The above drugs should be applied under the guidance of a doctor, do not self-medicate.
