Breaking of milk teeth can be categorized into simple crown fracture of milk teeth, complex crown fracture of milk teeth, root fracture of milk teeth, etc. Treatment should be carried out according to the fracture of milk teeth, including crown restoration, pulpotomy, extraction of crown fracture, etc., as follows. 1. Simple crown fracture of milk tooth: It means that the crown fracture of milk tooth has no exposed pulp, and the sharp edge should be adjusted and ground, and the shape of the crown should be repaired by using glass ionomer and resin. Crown fracture near the pulp needs to be reviewed after 1 month, if the pulp is infected, the pulp removal surgery. 2. Complex crown fracture of baby tooth: if the crown fracture of baby tooth shows pulp with loosening, and the time of pulp exposure is within 24 hours, the pulp is cut off by crown pulpotomy, and then the pulp is capped with calcium hydroxide, and then the crown is restored; if the time of pulp exposure is more than 24 hours, the pulp is extracted and the crown is restored. 3. Root fracture of milk teeth: the middle of the root is fractured, the crown can be extracted and fractured, and the residual root can be absorbed by itself or pushed out with the eruption of the succeeding permanent teeth. For apical root fracture, the broken end of the root tip is usually resorbed physiologically. It is recommended to go to the hospital in time to receive regular treatment as soon as possible.
