Symptoms of vague pain in both lungs are clinically important to consider some possible pathologic factors in the lungs. It is mainly common to have trauma to both lungs, such as pulmonary contusion and pulmonary contusion. Some infectious factors should also be considered, including bacterial, viral, mycoplasma, chlamydia, rickettsiae, leptospira, and protozoa infections in both lungs, and even infections with Mycobacterium tuberculosis, fungi, and other pathogens that cause diffuse pneumonia in both lungs. In addition, acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis should also be considered, and in rare cases, occupying lesions in both lungs, such as bronchopulmonary carcinoma and alveolar cell carcinoma, etc. CT or MRI of both lungs, as well as routine blood test and lung function can be used to make a clear preliminary diagnosis.
