CIP stands for Chronic Interstitial Pneumonia. Patients are advised to seek medical treatment in time and use medication reasonably under the guidance of doctors to avoid delaying the condition. Chronic Interstitial Pneumonia is a common lung disease, usually due to the patient’s infection with viruses or bacteria, recurrent cough, fever, dyspnea and other symptoms. When examined, there are rales or popping sounds in the middle and lower parts of both lungs, which need to be treated as soon as possible to control the development of the disease so as not to aggravate it. Different chronic interstitial pneumonias have different treatments, and should be treated promptly by seeking medical attention to clarify the cause of the disease and treat the symptoms. For CIP with bacterial infection, antibiotics, such as penicillin and cephalosporin, should be used under doctor’s supervision, and for CIP with viral infection, antiviral drugs, such as zanamivir and oseltamivir, should be used under doctor’s supervision.
