Is it good to have liposuction for weight loss?

Liposuction is one of the plastic and cosmetic surgery body sculpting procedures, using instruments to reach into the subcutaneous fat layer through small incisions in the skin to fat fragments out to absorb fat. It can be used on the face, chin, neck, shoulders and back, limbs, hands and feet, upper and lower abdomen, side waist, upper buttocks, hip reduction and buttock lift, and other parts of the body where fat accumulates. All of these areas can be liposuctioned, thus satisfying a portion of women who do not want to exercise and lose weight scientifically. There are pros and cons to everything, although it is said that liposuction surgery can be targeted to a certain extent, and fat cells can be directly sucked out of the designated obese areas, with a large amount of suction and immediate slimming effect, and the surgery time is short and the fat extraction rate is high. It is because of this benefit that there are too many beauty institutions in the weight loss market that do this surgery, and there is a mix of fish and dragon. It’s easy to get killed without having a lot of experience in doing liposuction surgery. The more liposuction you do, the more traumatic it is. The greedy will involve multiple parts at the same time, trying to remove all the fat from the whole body at once. The more parts of the body that are liposuctioned, the more anesthetic is injected into the body, and the more traumatic it is. Some people say “liposuction is safe”, but that is not to say that liposuction is not traumatic, as it relates to smaller areas. When liposuction is performed, the fat is extracted first and the blood is extracted last. Since the suction device has to be churned under the skin, it is not only the fat that is damaged, but also the blood vessels and nerves. When the blood vessels are broken, blood flows out. And the biggest complication of liposuction is fat embolism as well as hemorrhage. Fat thrombosis is when a large amount of fat enters the blood vessels and enters the body’s circulation, so it blocks the pulmonary arteries and causes blockage of the lungs, which leads to the occurrence of respiratory distress, failure and death. Also people who are too obese should not blindly undergo liposuction surgery and need to request the help of a doctor to avoid bad effects.
