Harmful effects of ripe puerh on men

Moderate consumption of ripe pu-erh is usually not harmful to men, but if consumed excessively, it may cause insomnia. Ripe Pu-erh tea is generally referred to as Pu-erh tea produced through fermentation, which is a common tea drink in daily life. Pu-erh tea is brownish red in color, mellow in smell, and contains vitamin C, theophylline, gallic acid and other nutrients, which are generally not harmful after moderate consumption.
