Baby’s farting and spraying of poop may be caused by normal physiological phenomenon, indigestion, gastrointestinal diseases, lactose intolerance, anal sphincter disease and other reasons.
1. Normal physiological phenomenon: usually due to the immature development of the functions of various organs of the body, younger babies due to the immaturity of the anal sphincter, may appear farting and spraying poop, which is a normal physiological phenomenon.

5. Anal sphincter disease: such as congenital relaxation of the anal sphincter, when the abdominal pressure rises, the baby may fart and spray poop.
