What does it mean to have a coronary cyst of the ovary

Ovarian crown cysts are cysts located in the broad ligament near the fallopian tubes or ovaries. Ovarian crown cysts are not ovarian cysts but neoplastic lesions and are most commonly seen in women in their reproductive years. They represent cystic masses around the fallopian tubes and ovaries and between the two lobes of the broad ligament, and can be benign non-congestive cysts, or in a few cases, they may become malignant. Ovarian tubular cysts generally have no specific clinical manifestations, mostly found in gynecological examination or ultrasound, some patients will have abdominal pain, lower abdominal distension and other discomforts. If the diameter of the cyst is less than 5cm, gynecological ultrasound can be reviewed regularly; for women with larger size or combined with infertility, the cyst can be surgically removed. For patients who have been examined and found ovarian coronary cysts, it is recommended that they go to the gynecology department of a regular hospital and choose the appropriate way of active treatment under the guidance of the doctor.
