Domestic and imported tadalafil both have the same composition, the biggest difference is that the former is less expensive; while the latter is imported from abroad and has a higher price.
Tadalafil first appeared in the latter, appeared as an imported drug, mainly used for the treatment of erectile dysfunction patients; and domestic tadalafil as the treatment of erectile dysfunction drugs, the price is lower compared to the latter. Both of them have the same main ingredients, so there is no significant difference in efficacy.
Adverse reactions to tadalafil include eyelid swelling, eye pain and conjunctival congestion, but they are relatively rare. Tadalafil is contraindicated in patients taking any form of nitrates, in patients with heart disease who should not be sexually active, and in those who are allergic to tadalafil and its components.
