The probability of a benign mammogram 4B is about 50%. In this case, the patient should further evaluate the size and location of the tumor and its relationship to the nipple. Performing an ultrasound examination also helps to assess the condition of the patient’s axillary lymph nodes. Patients should also perform further lesion puncture to clarify the nature of the tumor. If the tumor is considered benign, it can be cured by simple surgical excision, but intraoperative pathological examination should also be performed because there is a certain error in puncture. If the puncture itself is a malignant tumor, the corresponding clinical staging should be performed and the treatment plan should be decided according to the patient’s clinical staging. In early stage, breast-conserving treatment can be considered, while in the middle stage, modified radical treatment of breast cancer or neoadjuvant chemotherapy followed by breast-conserving treatment can be considered. In advanced stage, according to the patient’s metastasis and immunohistochemistry, chemotherapy, radiotherapy and targeted therapy will be used to prolong the patient’s survival as much as possible.
