How long to rest after miscarriage

Normally, nowadays, according to the national regulations, early abortion requires fourteen days of rest; while late abortion takes almost a month to recover, so the vacation is also about a month. As the gestational week gets bigger, the damaging nature of abortion to the mother’s body will gradually increase, so in the case of late abortion, the time needed for rest is longer. Whether it is an early or late miscarriage, it takes a long time for the uterus, ovaries and body to recover. In the case of early miscarriage, if you are in good health and there is no significant vaginal bleeding, you can go to work normally after 14 days of rest, but you should also avoid heavy physical labor and reduce stress appropriately. If the recovery is slower than 12 weeks for late miscarriage, it is recommended to rest for at least one month. During this month, it is necessary to strengthen nutrition and not to get cold to avoid postpartum infection. In addition, regardless of whether it is an early or late miscarriage, sexual intercourse and tub bathing must be prohibited for one month.
