The main indicators of liver fibrosis are type IV collagen, laminin, hyaluronidase and type III precollagen. 1. Type IV collagen: it is one of the early indicators of liver fibrosis, and its elevated value can reflect the degree of liver fibrosis. 2. Laminin: the degree of elevation of this value is proportional to the degree of liver fibrosis, that is to say, the higher the value, the more serious the fibrosis. 3. Hyaluronidase: This gives an idea of the amount of fibers that have been generated, and thus the fibrosis of the liver. 4. Type III pre-collagen: can reflect the status of liver fiber synthesis. The above four indicators are mainly obtained through laboratory tests, which can play the role of auxiliary diagnosis, and it is recommended to combine with liver elasticity ultrasound to make a comprehensive judgment on liver fibrosis.
