How to treat high thyroid peroxidase antibodies and low globulin antibodies

High thyroid peroxidase antibody and low globulin antibody may be caused by diseases such as Hashimoto’s thyroiditis. In case of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, if there is no obvious symptom and the thyroid function is normal, regular review can be done; in case of hypothyroidism, levothyroxine sodium tablets can be taken as prescribed by the doctor for treatment. Thyroid peroxidase antibodies and globulin antibodies are two indicators of the thyroid gland. A high thyroid peroxidase antibody is a sign of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis. Low globulin antibodies are usually normal and do not require special treatment. When only the thyroid peroxidase antibodies are high, but there are no other symptoms and the thyroid function is normal, regular checkups are needed. When combined with changes in thyroid function, medication is recommended. Patients with abnormal thyroid peroxidase antibodies and thyroglobulin antibodies are advised to seek prompt medical attention.
