Gout pain in the first toe can usually be relieved by medication and dietary adjustments.
1. Drug treatment: when gout acute attack leads to the first toe pain, you can take non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs such as indomethacin, diclofenac sodium, etc.; small dose colchicine; glucocorticosteroids, such as methylprednisolone, prednisone acetate and so on for anti-inflammatory and pain relief. 2. Adjust the dietary structure: gout patients need to prohibit smoking and alcohol, avoid the intake of high-purine foods such as seafood, animal offal, avoid strenuous exercise or cold, reduce fructose intake, moderate drinking more water, weight control.
