Is the absence of metastasis in the anterior lymph nodes of breast cancer an early stage?

There is no way to tell if breast cancer is early stage without metastasis in the sentinel lymph nodes. Breast cancer is staged by the TNM system, T stands for the size and location of the tumor and other conditions, N stands for the size and location of lymph node metastasis with cancer cells and other conditions, and M stands for whether the tumor has spread to other parts of the body. While the sentinel lymph nodes are a group of lymph nodes to which the lymphatic fluid of breast cancer patients drains after flowing through the tumor, the absence of metastasis in the sentinel lymph nodes only indicates that they are N0, and it is not possible to judge the specifics of T and M. Therefore, it is impossible to determine whether it is early. When patients have no metastasis in the sentinel lymph nodes of breast cancer, they should improve the relevant examination and then clarify its specific stage.
