If the uterus increases in size, there may be several reasons: First, congenital increase in the size of the uterus is a normal physiological phenomenon and does not require special treatment. Secondly, an increase in the size of the uterus is due to an occupational lesion of the uterus, like fibroids, adenomyosis or adenomyoma, which may cause an increase in the size of the uterus. Clinical treatment is required according to the range of uterine measurements. If there is a combination of increased blood volume, dysmenorrhea, pressure on the bladder from an oversized uterus or back pain, clinical treatment is required accordingly.
