What to do about shoulder impingement restriction

Shoulder joint impingement limitation can be treated by rest, closure and arthroscopic surgery if it is caused by abnormal acromioclavicular lesion, or by physical therapy and strengthening functional exercise if it is caused by frozen shoulder.
If the development of the acromion is too sagging or the bone is too cumbersome, when the shoulder joint is abducted, it will impact with the humeral tuberosity to form the shoulder impingement syndrome, which will cause the pain of shoulder joint impingement. In the early stages, the upper limb can be suspended and braked, and the painful area can be closed with lidocaine and betamethasone. In the later stages, if the pain is severe, arthroscopic acromioplasty can be performed.
If the compression is caused by the adhesion of the muscles, tendons and joint capsule around the shoulder joint due to frozen shoulder, the pain can be relieved by physical therapy such as hot compresses, massage and baking electricity to improve the adhesion of the shoulder joint. Functional exercise can also be strengthened to promote recovery, such as doing back rubbing movements, wall climbing movements and so on.
If the symptoms of shoulder joint anti-inflammation appear, it is recommended that patients go to the hospital to receive regular treatment.
