Clinical applications of this point include: with Juquan acupoint for the treatment of hiccups; with Tianshu acupoint, Guilai acupoint and Stomach Yu acupoint for the treatment of hiccups and diarrhea; with Fengchi acupoint, Xiaguan acupoint, Laogong acupoint and Cheche acupoint for the treatment of swelling of the tongue and tongue slowing down and not retracting; and with Hepatoyu, Kidney Yu and Lianquan acupoints for the treatment of consumptive thirst.
