The treatment of H. pylori generally adopts the quadruple method, that is, a gastric acid inhibitor, a gastric mucosal protective agent plus two antibiotics, as follows: first, drugs to protect the gastric mucosa, which have the characteristics of colloids and can form a protective layer on the surface of the gastric mucosa, there are three main types, including colloidal bismuth (such as aluminum carbonate gel), prostaglandins and their derivatives, aluminum thioglycollate and gefatide; second, drugs to inhibit the secretion of gastric acid drugs, mainly lazoles, including omeprazole, rabeprazole, pantoprazole, because the gastric acid will cause irritation to the gastric mucosa, so often used in combination with drugs to protect the gastric mucosa; third, antibiotics, need to be selected according to the patient’s resistance, commonly used amoxicillin, clarithromycin and penicillin, if allergic to penicillin, amoxicillin can be replaced with tinidazole or ofloxacin, etc.
