The common cause of pain in the depressions of the soles of the feet is plantar fasciitis, a layer of flexible and pliable soft tissue that is attached to the soles of the feet to protect the human arch from excessive impact. There are several reasons for plantar fasciitis: 1. because of aging of the human body; 2. long-term walking with weight, sports, labor and other strain symptoms, which can cause pain; 3. because of some shoe habits, such as often wearing high heels, wearing shoes with too hard soles or shoes with too thin soles, resulting in excessive pressure on the arch of the foot and thus causing chronic damage to the plantar fascia, which can cause pain in the depressions of the foot.
