Interstitial lung change is a serious disease, and when it occurs, it should be taken seriously and treated actively. The causes of interstitial disease are serious diseases, such as interstitial pneumonia caused by mycoplasma, Legionella, and viral infections of lung tissue, which can progress further to form severe pneumonia and, in severe cases, respiratory failure if not treated effectively with anti-infective therapy. Interstitial lung disease can also develop interstitial changes in the lungs, which are also very serious, and although there is no specific drug treatment, early diagnosis and treatment can prolong survival. Interstitial lung changes can also occur in some connective tissue diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, myositis, dermatomyositis, and some vasculitis, which are serious diseases in themselves and can become more serious when they are followed by interstitial lung changes.
