Right back pain may be physiologic pain caused by excessive exercise, or it may be caused by back fasciitis, cervical spondylosis, liver and gallbladder disease, trauma or other diseases.
1. Physiological pain: seen in the right side of the upper limbs and back excessive exercise, exertion, caused by the accumulation of lactic acid within the muscles, resulting in the right side of the back pain, usually relieved after rest.
2. Back fasciitis: usually seen in long-term work and lack of exercise. It will cause stiffness of the back muscles, with soreness as the main manifestation.
3. Cervical spondylosis: when cervical spondylosis occurs, the spinal nerves innervating the back will be compressed, and neck and back pain will occur.
4. Liver and gallbladder diseases: For example, cholecystitis, gallbladder stones, liver abscess and other diseases can cause the right side of the back pain, accompanied by nausea, vomiting, right upper abdominal pain and other symptoms.
5. Trauma: localized trauma caused by impact or blows can lead to soft tissue injury or fracture, resulting in right back pain, swelling and limited movement.
6. Other diseases: right herpes zoster, intercostal neuralgia, right lung and pleural lesions and other diseases may lead to right back pain.
If right back pain persists without relief, it is recommended to go to a regular hospital in time, complete the relevant examinations, clarify the cause of the disease, and follow the doctor’s instructions to treat the cause of the disease, so as to avoid delaying the condition.
