The pneumonia is not treated by nebulization alone, which only serves to moisten the airway and promote the discharge of sputum. Clinically, once pneumonia is diagnosed, targeted treatment should be taken according to the causative organisms. The common causative agents of pneumonia include bacteria, viruses, atypical pathogens, bacteria including Streptococcus pneumoniae, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Staphylococcus aureus, etc. Viruses include influenza A virus, influenza B virus, influenza C virus, etc. Atypical pathogenic bacteria include mycoplasma infections, chlamydia infections, bacterial infections need to be treated with antibiotics, viral infections need to be treated with antiviral drugs, atypical pathogenic bacteria infections need to be treated with macrolide antibiotics, or quinolone antibiotics.
