Why is the cure rate for doctors with cancer so much higher than the average person?

Since no one can guarantee that he or she will be free of cancer for the rest of his or her life, “peace in everything” is only a beautiful vision, and “no danger” is the best blessing! Since no one can guarantee that he or she will never have cancer in his or her life, we have to take the second best step to achieve the earliest detection and early cure, so that there will be no risk! 80% of oncologists in a hospital who got cancer were cured (5-year survival rate). In contrast, the overall 5-year survival rate of Chinese cancer patients is only about 30%. Why is this? Why is the cure rate of cancer among doctors so much higher than that of ordinary people? Is it because doctors use good drugs for themselves? In fact, it is not true, just because they do these 3 things more than us ordinary people! The tumor does not find you, you do not actively find it! The actual fact is that you can find a lot of people who have seen a lot of life and death in the clinic and have seen everything. They have seen both lung cancer patients whose lungs were smoked like black charcoal, and liver cancer patients caused by alcoholic liver. If… You know that smoking is a high-risk predisposing factor for lung, stomach, pancreatic, and bladder cancer, then you may be able to quit smoking and actively avoid the risk of these tumors occurring. Long-term smokers’ lungs If… You understand that alcoholic liver, fatty liver and hepatitis B are the main culprits of liver cancer, then you may drink one less big meal, eat one less bite of fatty meat, have regular review and develop good living habits to minimize the risk of liver cancer. If… You know that dark red blood stools in middle-aged and elderly people may be caused by intestinal cancer, then you may not throw away the stool box and not have a stool test next time when you have a physical examination because of the trouble. Or maybe you will go for a colonoscopy, which may lead to early detection of colorectal cancer and hence a cure. If… You know that eating too much spicy, too hot and too numb is the main cause of esophageal cancer, then you may eat less spicy hot food next time, and know to cool down before eating hot pot. If… You understand that family history is a high risk factor for stomach cancer, then you may go for a gastroscopy after a relative died of stomach cancer, and maybe you can intervene at the time of precancerous lesions to achieve a risk-free outcome. If… There are no ifs in life, only consequences and outcomes. If tumor cancer does not actively seek you, please do not actively seek it either! It is too late to regret if a minor disease is not investigated into cancer! Regular medical checkups and examinations certainly apply to doctors. Sun Yan, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, said that his hospital has more than 1,000 employees, and several cases of cancer are detected in the annual medical checkups, but basically they are in the early stage, thus gaining the chance to be cured. In fact, there are no “benefits” for doctors’ physical examinations, no imaginary PET-CT, no MRI (magnetic resonance imaging) and other so-called “advanced tests”. Generally speaking, the first major item is to draw blood, including routine blood, liver function, uric acid, blood sugar, triglycerides, cholesterol and so on. Among these tests, routine blood tests can screen for blood tumors, liver function can show the health of the liver, and the rest of the tests are mainly related to chronic diseases such as cardiovascular disease and diabetes. The second major item is imaging, including ultrasound to have a basic understanding of the entire abdominal organs, including the liver, gallbladder, pancreas, spleen, urinary and reproductive cavities. For women, a breast ultrasound will be added, and for those over 50, a high-resolution CT will be added, mainly for lung cancer, which has the highest incidence among malignant tumors. In contrast, we ordinary people: we know less and the items we check are not targeted, so we think we can rest easy if our annual physical examination is normal. In addition, I would like to remind you not to underestimate such simple tests as urine routine and fecal routine. Urine routine can check whether there is any bleeding in urine, which is helpful to detect urinary tumor; stool routine plus occult blood can detect traces from stomach cancer to colorectal cancer. According to incomplete statistics, 70% of people give up routine stool examination for various reasons, compared with the current annual number of about 300,000 new colorectal cancer patients in China. Do not underestimate the doctor’s palpation, including palpation of head, neck, abdomen, breast and rectal examinations, which are performed by hand and simple instruments to check whether there are lumps in the head, neck, abdomen and rectum. Trusting doctors is better than trusting God! Why is the cure rate of cancer among doctors so much higher than that of ordinary people? Is it because doctors treat their “own people” with more care? In fact, doctors are no different from ordinary cancer patients in the whole treatment process, and there are many self-paying drugs prescribed by doctors for themselves. However, compared with us ordinary people, doctors trust their colleagues more, communicate actively and believe in the professional decisions made by doctors. In contrast to our ordinary people: former Apple CEO Steve Jobs was found to have a tumor in his pancreas during a full body checkup in October 2003, and the maverick Jobs refused the doctor’s offer of immediate surgery for some reason, choosing to believe in the so-called God and vegetarian diet! Jobs persevered for 9 months with God’s “help” and used this precious time to fully prove that choosing to believe in doctors works better than God! Many patients don’t believe in doctors, and some even believe in medical doctors, and they go here and there, and then they go everywhere, and when they can’t, they come back here, and their condition is delayed.
