Minimally invasive treatment of benign breast tumors

In recent years, the incidence of benign and malignant tumors of the breast has been on a significant rise, and women’s pursuit of beauty has placed a higher demand on breast surgery. The breast vacuum minimally invasive rotary excision system is capable of biopsy and complete excision of breast lesions in a precise, minimally invasive and safe manner. So far, this technology has more than 2 million cases of clinical experience at home and abroad, and its safety and reliability have been fully proved. Currently, more than 100 hospitals in China are performing this technique, and the breast vacuum-assisted minimally invasive spinotomy system allows for the removal of tumors while preserving the perfect appearance of the breast. Breast vacuum-assisted spinotomy is a surgical method under local/general anesthesia, guided by ultrasound or X-ray stereotactic system, in which a puncture needle is placed in the breast lump area and the lump is completely removed by negative pressure suction spinotomy. Indications for surgery 1. Benign breast masses, fibroadenomas, nodules, asymmetric density, multifocal lesions and microcalcifications less than 2.5 cm. 2, Breast masses (<3 cm) of unknown pathological nature that require excisional biopsy. Breast vacuum-assisted rotational excision is especially suitable for the following cases 1. Young women with benign breast tumors who have aesthetic requirements for the breast, especially scar patients. 2.Breast tumors of infertile women who consider reducing glandular damage. 3.Patients with multiple benign breast tumors. 4.Benign tumors on the surface of the breast that are not accessible to be removed. 5. Deep breast tumors requiring biopsy for identification of benign and malignant. Contraindications for surgery 1. Patients with suspected breast cancer can be biopsied, but lump rotation surgery should be avoided. Patients with bleeding tendency, hemangioma and diabetes mellitus are contraindications to surgery. 3.For lump diameter >3.5cm. Use with caution in individual cases.
