If there is any abnormal condition such as redness, swelling, heat, pain, etc., it is necessary to consult the doctor immediately. 4) If the wound is not abnormal after the bandage is removed, only water can be used for bathing within two weeks, and alkaline chemicals such as soap and shower gel should not be used at the wound and should not be rubbed hard, until the wound is completely healed, and normal bathing can be done after about one month. 2, diet: avoid eating high-fat diet, spicy and stimulating food, health products and food containing hormone ingredients, such as royal jelly, propolis, clams film, etc. 3, do bilateral breast self-examination: 1) examination time: women with normal menstruation, the 9th to 11th day of the menstrual flow is the best time for breast examination. For menopausal women, a mammogram should be performed on a fixed day each month. (2) Examination method: Visual examination: remove the blouse, under bright light, face the mirror to do bilateral breast visual examination: arms down, observe whether the curved contour of both breasts has changed, whether they are at the same height, whether the skin of the breast, nipple and areola has peeling or erosion, whether the nipple is raised or retracted. Then cross your arms and rotate your body from side to side to continue to observe the above changes. Palpation: Take a standing or supine position, place the left hand behind the head, check the left breast with the right hand, fingers together, gradually move clockwise from the top of the breast to check, in the order of upper outer, lower outer, lower inner, upper inner, and underarm, and systematically check for lumps. Be careful not to miss any part, and do not press or squeeze with your fingertips. After examining the breast, use the index and middle fingers to gently squeeze the nipple to see if there is any bloody discharge. At the same time, check the lymph nodes in the armpits by dropping your hands in a relaxed position and using your fingers to check for enlarged lymph nodes in the armpits.
