What needs to be identified is high-risk chest pain, left-sided tension pneumothorax or acute coronary syndrome, acute pulmonary embolism, acute aortic coarctation, all four of these diseases will have clinical manifestations of significant pain on the left side of the chest when gasping for air, if it is for the above reasons you must go to the hospital immediately. 2.
