Effects of Bonanza Amphetamine Tablets

Bonanza Amino Acetaminophen Tablets are analgesic and have some antipyretic and antitussive effects. This drug exerts its analgesic effect through different mechanisms of action. The acetaminophen component of the drug produces analgesia primarily by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis and by blocking impulses to nociceptive nerve endings. The other component may be related to the inhibition of the synthesis of prostaglandins, or other substances that sensitize pain receptors. The antipyretic effect is exerted by producing peripheral vasodilation through the hypothalamus thermoregulatory center, increasing blood flow to the skin, sweating, and heat dissipation. This drug is widely used in clinical practice as a moderate strength analgesic for pain following various surgical procedures, fractures, and moderate cancer pain. It is also useful for joint pain, pressure pain, headache, neuralgia, generalized pain and soft tissue injuries.
