What causes a rusty stool odor

3. Colon cancer: refers to malignant tumor of digestive tract of colon epithelial origin, which can be caused by chemical carcinogens such as nitrosamine, heredity, peptic ulcer and so on. It can manifest as jaundice, malnutrition, abdominal pain, abdominal mass, blood in stool and other symptoms.
