What’s going on with the pain in the ball joints of the feet?

Osteoarthritis, gout, osteochondromatosis of the metatarsal head, rheumatoid arthritis, plantar fasciitis are all considered. 1. Osteoarthritis: the toe joints of the foot will have hyperplasia and degeneration which will cause pain in the joints of the soles of the feet, and it can be diagnosed clearly by taking a picture of the foot. 2. Gout: sudden joint pain, localized redness, swelling and fever, uric acid test can be clearly diagnosed. 3. Metatarsal head osteochondromatosis: pain in the forefoot when bearing weight and limitation of metatarsophalangeal joint movement, X-ray can be taken for definite diagnosis. 4. Rheumatoid arthritis: symmetrical joint swelling, pain, joint deformation, rheumatism test can make a clear diagnosis. 5. Plantar fasciitis: aseptic inflammation of plantar fascia due to too much walking or standing, more pain when walking and less pain when resting. If the pain in the joints of the feet does not get better after resting, it is recommended to go to the hospital for examination in time.
