Are the breasts equal in size, and are there any local bulges, depressions, rashes, redness or swelling? Whether the nipple is equal, there is no depression, breakage, overflow, discharge.  2, touch The second part is to touch, using bathing gel or soap for touch is better, you can let your fingers easily slide on the skin. The specific method is to use the index finger, middle finger and ring finger to press flat, note that you are not using your hand to grab the breast, pay attention to the presence of lumps in the breast, when found lumps should pay attention to the size, shape, number, hardness, boundary, mobility, whether there is tenderness, etc.  3, squeeze Finally, gently squeeze the nipple, do not squeeze hard, pay attention to whether there is a discharge from the nipple, if there is a discharge, what color is the discharge, dark red? Yellow?
