Item 1 routine examination of cerebrospinal fluid detects the technique of cells in cerebrospinal fluid, item 2 cerebrospinal fluid deepening test, which mainly checks the content of protein sugar and chloride in cerebrospinal fluid, and item 3 main test is the culture of cerebrospinal fluid, which is mainly used to detect whether bacteria can be cultured in cerebrospinal fluid. Usually, item 3 contains fewer red blood cells and tissue exfoliated cells, and its contaminated microorganism content is also less, so it is more suitable for the culture test of cerebrospinal fluid.
