Anal Tai Ointment is a common topical drug used for external application of hemorrhoids. Its main effects are to cool and stop bleeding, clear heat and detoxify, reduce swelling and pain, and it is used for internal hemorrhoids caused under damp heat and the internal part of mixed hemorrhoids, stage I and II with blood in the stool, swelling and pain, and inflammatory external hemorrhoids with painful anal swelling, edema and local discomfort. 10g per stick, 1g per time, 1 time per day, applied externally before bedtime or after stool. To use, wash and dry the affected area with warm water, then apply the ointment to the affected area. If active treatment is given and no significant improvement is seen in 3-5 days.
