What’s wrong with the sliding bumps on the sides of the neck?

Sliding bumps on both sides of the neck are most commonly enlarged lymph nodes, which may be related to having had a previous infection. If the boundaries of the active bumps are relatively clear, the texture is soft, and there is no obvious pressure pain, you can continue to observe and no special treatment is needed. The bumps may also be lymphoma or lymphatic tuberculosis. Early lymphoma can be painless, but can be progressively enlarged or even have multiple lymph nodes fused with each other and appear in multiple locations, and lymphatic tuberculosis can also appear in multiple locations. A puncture or surgical biopsy at the hospital is needed to clarify the diagnosis and for further treatment.
