What’s wrong with the unintentional shaking of the head?

There are two cases of inadvertent head tremors: first, idiopathic tremor, also called primary tremor, is an involuntary movement disorder whose etiology is not completely clear and has some genetic correlation, usually with tremor as the clinical manifestation only, without other symptoms, and one third of patients may have a family history. In addition to head tremors, sometimes there is also hand tremors, which are more pronounced when performing fine movements and holding things. Second, Parkinson’s disease or Parkinson’s syndrome, Parkinson’s disease is common with resting tremor, which can involve the hands, feet, and also the head. In addition to tremor, there are often other manifestations, such as increased muscle tone in the limbs, delayed movement, and abnormal posture and gait.
