Dense enhancement of liver parenchyma with posterior attenuation and poorly defined vascular texture is an ultrasound manifestation of fatty liver. Under normal circumstances, liver ultrasound shows that the liver is normal in shape and size, the surface is smooth and neat, the borderline echogenicity is clear, the liver parenchyma shows uniform distribution of fine light spots, and the biliary system is normal in its course. Fatty liver in color ultrasound shows that the liver is full, mildly to moderately enlarged, the liver parenchyma is densified with more light spots, the echoes gradually attenuate from shallow to deep, the echoes are not clear, and the ducts in the liver are not completely displayed. Patients with fatty liver should firstly pay attention to improve the bad habits in daily life, take a light diet, eat more fresh fruits and vegetables, and meanwhile, it is recommended that patients adhere to appropriate aerobic exercise and gradually reduce their weight, so that fatty liver can be cured. Patients suspected of fatty liver by ultrasound should consult the gastroenterology department of regular hospitals.
