Liver cancer is divided into primary liver cancer and secondary liver cancer, which usually do not have the most obvious symptoms. Early symptoms of primary liver cancer are not obvious, and with the progress of the disease, patients may have abdominal pain, jaundice, ascites and so on; symptoms of secondary liver cancer of the liver are not obvious, and the symptoms usually appear in the primary lesion. 1. Abdominal pain: when the tumor stimulates liver tissues, there will be distending pain or dull pain in the right upper abdomen; when the cancer invades diaphragm, the pain will spread to the back of shoulder; rupture of cancerous nodules will cause severe pain in the abdomen. 2. Jaundice: after cancer invades bile ducts, bile excretion will be obstructed and bile will be stagnated in liver, causing jaundice. 3. Ascites: liver cancer causes hypoproteinemia, portal hypertension, increased lymphatic fluid production and secondary aldosterone increase, which will lead to water and sodium retention and ascites. Hepatocellular carcinoma may also have symptoms such as malaise, loss of appetite and fatigue.
