What does a positive leucorrhoea fungus mean?

A positive fungal leukorrhea indicates fungal vaginitis, also known as Candida albicans vaginitis, which is a common clinical vaginitis caused by Candida albicans infection. The main clinical symptom is increased leucorrhea, which is characterized by white bean curd-like discharge, accompanied by vaginal itching. The diagnosis of fungal vaginitis can be confirmed by the presence of fungal spores in the leucorrhea test, which is clinically treated with antifungal therapy, vaginal irrigation with 2%-4% sodium bicarbonate solution and local medication. Commonly used drugs, such as nifurtimox vaginal soft capsules or clotrimazole vaginal tablets, or dacrynic pessary, are used for symptomatic treatment. During the treatment period, you should drink warm water, eat a light diet, change your underwear regularly, wash your underwear with boiling water and expose it to the sun, and prohibit sexual intercourse. If the symptoms are more powerful, if necessary, oral fluconazole combined with symptomatic treatment.
