Arterial stenting, a common method used in vascular surgery to treat lower extremity arterial ischemia. It needs to be combined with intraoperative angiography and the economic situation of the patient to choose the appropriate type and number of stents. At present, the commonly used stents are mainly divided into three kinds: 1. traditional bare metal stents: the cost of one stent is about 10,000-15,000 yuan; 2. stents belonging to the stent with lamination: the cost is about 20,000-25,000 yuan; 3. stents belonging to the new style: it is based on the laminated stent with a layer of heparin coating. The cost of this kind of stent is relatively higher, around 25,000-35,000 RMB. However, to complete an interventional procedure of lower limb artery opening, many interventional devices are needed, such as, sheaths, catheters, various guidewires, balloons, pressure pumps, thrombolytic catheters, umbrellas, etc. Therefore, if three stents are put in, the cost is never the result of adding up the single price of three stents, but needs to be determined by combining with the intraoperative operation process. The cost can be roughly estimated at about 120,000-150000 yuan, and the specific situation needs to be analyzed in conjunction with the specific intraoperative procedure.
