The term “vacation” generally refers to menstruation. The pain in the stomach like menstrual cramps without menstruation may be caused by pelvic inflammatory disease, adenomyosis, endometrial cancer, uterine fibroids and so on. 1. Pelvic inflammatory disease: Pelvic inflammatory disease can cause non-menstrual pain in the lower abdomen, which may be persistent and aggravated after activity or sexual intercourse. It is also accompanied by increased vaginal discharge, and in severe cases, there are symptoms such as fever and chills. On examination, cervical lifting pain or pressure pain in the uterus and adnexal region is obvious, combined with the history, signs and laboratory tests, the initial diagnosis can be made. 2. Adenomyosis: Lower abdominal pain may appear about 1 week before the onset of menstruation, with progressive aggravation, and may cause excessive menstrual flow and prolonged menstrual period. It can be diagnosed by history and ultrasonography. 3. Endometrial cancer: when the lesion involves the cervix and the tissues around the uterus, it may cause lower abdominal pain, and there may be postmenopausal irregular vaginal bleeding, which can be clearly diagnosed by combining with medical history, ultrasonography and diagnostic curettage. 4. Uterine fibroids: when fibroids develop red-like changes or subplasma fibroids have torsion, they may also cause pain in the lower abdomen, which can be diagnosed by history and ultrasound examination. Patients who do not have menstruation but have pain in the stomach like menstrual cramps need to go to the hospital, identify the cause under the guidance of the doctor, and actively deal with it.
