Can you take Moradan while drinking Chinese medicine?

Whether or not one can take Morodan while taking Chinese medicine depends on whether or not there will be a drug reaction between the two drug compositions; if not, then one can take it together; if so, then one cannot. Morodan is a proprietary Chinese medicine, mainly composed of lily, Poria, Xuan Shen, white peony, Ze Xie and Maidong, etc. It has the effect of harmonizing the stomach and lowering rebelliousness (regulating the stomach qi to make the upward rebellious qi descend), strengthening the spleen and eliminating flatulence, and clearing the collaterals and fixing the pain, and it is suitable for stomach pain, flatulence, plagiarism, nausea (lack of appetite, decreased food intake), belching (hiccups), and heartburn. If there is no drug conflict between the Chinese medicine the patient is taking and the drug composition of Morodan, it can be taken; if a drug reaction occurs, it is generally not recommended to take Morodan again. For example, there are Xuan Shen and Bai Shao in Morrhodan, which should not be taken with quinine. Therefore, patients should not blindly take other drugs during the drinking of Chinese medicine. If there is a real need to take other drugs, it is recommended to go to the hospital and take them under the guidance of the doctor, and do not abuse them blindly, so as not to cause adverse reactions.
