Hyponatremia: It usually occurs on the 4th-8th postoperative day, manifested as hypothermia, weakness, headache, nausea, vomiting, and in severe cases, mental deterioration. Cerebrospinal fluid nasal leakage: constant flow of clear water in the nasal cavity, aggravated when the head is lowered, accompanied by headache and possible fever. In severe cases, surgical repair is required.  7.Urinary collapse: manifested by drinking more water and urinating more (more than 4000ml of urine a day). Appropriate control of water consumption, record the amount of water and urine volume, usually after 3-5 days after the use of drugs more improvement.
