For patients with early stage liver cancer, patients usually do not feel pain and other abnormal manifestations as the tumour is not large in size and is more insidious.
When the tumour reaches the middle to late stage, patients may feel pain in the liver area, which is usually a persistent vague, dull or distending pain, and has little to do with eating.
