Location of pain in the liver area

The location of the liver pain is related to the location of the liver in the body, which is located in the upper right abdomen of the body and is wrapped around the thorax. Pain in the liver area is indicative of a lesion in the liver and can vary in duration from a dull ache, to a swelling pain, to a pins and needles pain. The longer the pain and the more intense the persistent pain, the more pronounced and typical the lesion. There are also some diseases that are severe but do not have much pain. The liver is a delicate organ of the body, encased by the rib cage. Pain is not obvious in early lesions in the liver area, and when it is obvious, it often indicates an aggravation of the lesion and prompt medical attention should be sought. It is important to know what is causing the liver pain, whether it is caused by pain in the skin, pain in the ribs, or by a liver lesion.
