Dynamic refraction in children’s eyes is the result of an optometric examination performed in the natural state, under the influence of ocular regulation, and is used to check vision. Dynamic refraction is the result of an optometric examination of a patient with a small pupil, i.e., the natural pupil, under the influence of ocular regulation, reflecting the functional state of the eye, and the dynamic refraction screening is used to check the patient’s visual acuity. Under physiological conditions, the pupil can be adjusted according to environmental changes in order to adapt to the external environment. With normal refraction and normal eye regulation, the pupil can focus on the outside world and make the focal point fall on the retina, forming a normal image and a clear observation of the outside world. It is recommended that patients with an abnormal optometry test should seek prompt medical attention to evaluate their condition and follow the doctor’s instructions for treatment.
