Three combinations of commonly used antihypertensive drugs

There are three combinations of commonly used antihypertensive drugs, ACEI or ARB class, plus calcium channel blockers and diuretics, and ACEI class or ARB class, plus calcium channel blockers and beta-blockers, these two combinations are the forms of three combinations of commonly used antihypertensive drugs. The clinical hypertension grade 2 or above, to take the combination of two antihypertensive drugs, grade 3 or above, blood pressure in more than 180/110mmHg, then need to apply the combination of three antihypertensive drugs, often said ACEI is enalapril, captopril, benazepril, fosinopril, etc. ARB class is valsartan, temisartan, irbesartan and other drugs. Calcium channel blockers such as commonly used nifedipine controlled-release tablets, felodipine extended-release tablets, amlodipine, amlodipine benzoate, etc. Beta-blockers such as betalactam, bisoprolol, diuretics such as indapamide, hydrochlorothiazide, furosemide, etc. The three combinations mentioned above are suitable for patients with high blood pressure and fast heart rate if there is a combination of beta-blockers, and for patients with age-related intractable hypertension if there is a combination of diuretics.
